At NeuroBites, we stand by the quality of our products. If you use our Methylene Blue Gummies for 30 days and don’t notice improvements in focus, clarity, or energy — we’ll give you a full refund.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To qualify:

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping is not covered by us — customers are responsible for this cost.

To start a return, contact our support team at neurobitesbusiness@gmail.com. We may ask for photos of the product before approving the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and provide a solution — either a replacement or refund (for valid manufacturer faults).

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package is lost, we’ll send a replacement or refund. If it’s marked as delivered, but you didn’t receive it, we can’t refund unless you chose insured shipping at checkout.

Missing Items

Some items may ship separately. If something’s missing, let us know within 10 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations

We try to fulfill orders fast, so cancellations are not always possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to stop it and issue a refund.
